3. email us at theodoralai@gmail.com
4. quote the items you'd like to buy
5. wait for our reply with our bank account numbers
6. we accept payment by atm or internet transfer to our posb/uob/ocbc account. let us know which account you've transferred to and when you've done it, together with your mailing address and addressee to confirm your order!
7. we'll snail mail [domestic standard mail] you your accessories (it's on us!) when we've received your payment
8. it should take abt 2 working days to get to you!
9. wear it!

we have to say that all sales are final. the accessories sold here are not returnable nor refundable for hygiene's sake (dont think anyone would like to wear sth someone else returned would they..).
we choose to deliver it to you via postal service as it's really the most convenient and time-efficient means for the both of us. singpost is certainly reliable.. but we will ensure your purchase will be properly packaged before delivery to prevent any damages may incur during the postal delivery. for more secure postal delivery, you are advised to choose registered post (costs $2.50 more) rather than normal post. generally, you should be able to receive the item within 2 to 4 Singpost working days after we receive the payment. we are not directly liable for any loss, theft or damage to any goods, especially if normal post is chosen.
